OpenCart Marketplace Request for Quote (RFQ) is to provides the customer the facility to order a custom product. The registered customer can raise an RFQ in the plugin from the product page. This will allow extending the functionality of the store by giving the customer the choice in product purchase.

With the help of the plugin, the store owner can standardize product purchase pattern. Admin here can monitor the process by sharing the RFQ with the sellers in the marketplace.

These sellers can review the request and as per the feasibility can easily share the quote with the customer. Following which the customer and seller can negotiate over the quote for the best deal.

Once the deal is confirmed the customer sends the confirmation to the seller. The seller will finally create the product in the marketplace which customer can purchase.

The customer can enter the requirement of the product in an RFQ form wherein they can specify-

• The name of the Product.
• Quantity apart from the default set quantity if desired.
• Various Attribute of the desired product.
• Contact detail and Company as desired by admin.

This will allow an effective purchase of the product which will remove the restriction of limited purchase of the product.

Both the seller and customer in the marketplace can communicate over the quotation. The seller after sharing the feasible quote can discuss with the customer about it. The customer can also reply to the seller about the same.

This will build a strong business relationship between the seller and the customer. Thus, allowing the best deal conversion.

The seller can propose the quote to the customer as per the feasibility. The seller can then manage the quote in various status- Open, Pending, Answered, Resolved and Closed.

Thus, the seller can now increase the approach of sales by adding a customizable product to it.

It promotes the reverse auction system where the seller of the marketplace can bid for the product RFQ by the customer. The customer can select the quote/bid price and purchase the product from the seller at the lowest price.

Thus, the module is the perfect option for the store owner, customer, and seller to enhance store sales.
